  3. Return your vehicle on the day we said we would. If we can't we'll drive it to you (in London) for free and send you a GoinGreen apology hamper
  4. Fix your vehicle the first time. If we don't we will take 10% off your bill and hang our heads in shame
  5. Send you a GoinGreen update every three months to let you know the latest in technological developments, parking discounts and other interesting stuff.
