1. G-Wiz will not start Likely technical problem: - Charge lead may be plugged in.
- Immobiliser may be in "arm" mode.

3. G-Wiz ac drive will not move once switched on Likely technical problem: - ac drive may not be in neutral gear.
- Accelerator has been pressed before turning vehicle on.
Customer advice: - Put into neutral gear.
- Switch off and then switch back on.

4. Service Light on Likely technical problem: - G-Wiz has not been watered or equalised.
- Battery deviation.
Customer advice: - in G-Wiz dc drive perform a manual equalisation, then after full charge water vehicle, then drive for one more cycle. If red light remains on a service engineer visit may be required.

5. G-Wiz not charging Likely technical problem: - Charge lead may be faulty.
- Customer power supply may be rated too low or not working.
- Wrong extension being used.
Customer advice: - Check connections in charge lead or change the charge lead.
- Check power supply. Are you plugging into anywhere different than before?
- Try using another extension lead (ensure it is the correct rating).

6. Power socket 'tripping' Likely technical problem: - Circuit overloaded (you may require a separate power line).
- Loose connection inside change lead.

7. G-Wiz charging to 75% Likely technical problem: Customer advice: - Check F2 fuse in fuse box.

10. Service light flashing first 5 minutes of drive Likely technical problem: Customer advice: - Please perform a manual equalisation.

11. Flat tyre Customer advice: - Can use tyreweld supplied with vehicle (in rear) to temporarily inflate tyre. The tyre will then need to be changed.
- Tyres can be source from GoinGreen. Fitting will have to be done at a tyre specialist.
- Tyres with a similar tread pattern can be sourced from a tyre specialist however GoinGreen.recommend Hankook low rolling resistance tyres, available from Universal Tyres.
12. Vehicle left uncharged for more than one week - Charge the vehicle fully then make sure water is topped up. (because equalizing uses a lot of water)
- Discharge the batteries for 20 minutes by driving or either by heater / Headlight ON for 20minutes. This will change the cycle.
- Give Manual equalisation command and then put the vehicle on charge. After equalisation water the batteries again.
- Discharge the batteries only down to 50% for two cycles and charge.
